Cancellation Policy

At Luminous Physique, we strive to create an organized and fair scheduling experience for all our clients. To ensure everyone has access to our classes and private sessions, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following cancellation guidelines:

Standard Credit Classes:

• Cancellation Window: Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled class.

• Late Cancellation: $20 fee (Credit will be refunded).
VIPP members do not pay the fee.

• No-Show: $35 fee.

Private and Semi-Private Sessions:

• Cancellation Window: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.

• Late Cancellation: $50 fee (no credit will be rolled over).

• No-Show: 100% of the session cost (full charge, no refund).

Memberships and Packages:

• Auto-Renewal Memberships: Members must provide 30 days’ notice to cancel. Failure to do so will result in a one-month cancellation fee equivalent to the monthly membership cost.

• Unused Classes/Sessions: No refunds or credit rollovers for unused classes or sessions within a package after cancellation.

How to Cancel:

• Cancellations can be made via the studio’s app, website, or by calling the studio directly (within the cancellation window).

By booking a class or session, you agree to abide by this strict no-refund, no-credit rollover policy.

All sales are final. No refunds, transfers, or extensions on classes, sessions, memberships, or packages.
